This beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath, lower unit of a duplex is on the boardwalk and just steps away from the sand with great views of the Newport pier. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The living area opens to the kitchen, with granite countertops and everything you'll need to whip up meals for the family. The counter seats 4 on stools for ocean view meals. A queen bed graces the master bedroom at the end of the hallway, with en suite bath. There is 1 parking spot available in the shared garage.

Great Location!
The house is smaller than what the pictures show. We had to put our sheets on the bed, they said it had to due with covid. But the comforter was on the bed, leaving me to believe that they arent washed between guests. The only other complaint I had was that we needed more chairs on the patio. Otherwise, it's right on the beach and is walking distants to the pier. We all had a great time.

Nice and clean. Only complaint is the cost with all the add ons, booking fee, cleaning fee, management fee, and we had to empty all trash and strip the beds, after a large cleaning fee. Also, airplanes fly directly overhead regularly. Just the value was not worth it.

Newport beach home
This home is set directly on the beach with a beautiful view. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the patio watching the waves, surfers, and beach activities. The location of this home is what made the rental worth it. However, the condition of the unit is in serious need of repair. The owner's are not maintaining or upkeeping the property as should be. Many of the windows blinds were broken and we were concerned to touch the sliding door because it is going to fall over at any time (the screen is holding it up). And this is just to name a few. I'm not sure why the owners are charging $175 for damages (that you may or may not create) when clearly that money is not going towards fixing anything. It was also frustrating to have to make our own beds upon arrival and to be given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person, and we were there for several days.

We had a great time here and you could not beat the location. It’s only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The unit is a little older, but offered everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Great location just no extras
Great location right on the beach. We had to make our own beds and I have never had to do that in a vacation rental. Wish the kitchen was a bit better stocked. There were no pot holders in the unit. Both bathrooms had burnt out light bulbs. There was some wear on the unit itself. Still a good rating due to the great beach location.

This place is awesome! would definitely stay here again!!! We liked that our sheets and towels were shrink wrapped so we knew they were clean. There is some wear and tear on it but it didn't bother us at all. We did not feel it was dirty at all as some review suggest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Burr White, you've got to get together with the owner of this property and get it rehabbed. Outside appearance is bad, with rust stains at every nailhead in the facade. Inside you have peeling laminate on cabinets in the kitchen and master bath. None of the shutters on the front windows work properly. It's just old and shabby and certainly not worth the premium rental price I paid. You need to get it rehabbed or take it out of your inventory. I'll never rent it again.

The beach house was amazing. Very clean inside with everything you need. Fireplace was amazing. Walking distance to everything. Was located off of 32st. I've rented plenty of houses in Newport and this was my favorite. Right next to the sand and ocean was the biggest factor. 5*

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was decent. Plenty of beds and two bathrooms, which is great. We enjoyed being right on the beach. I’ve stayed in beach homes with other companies as well as private owners before. My only issue with this home was the steep $300 cleaning fee and yet the home wasn’t clean when we arrived. We didn’t use the comforters, of course. The sheets were wrapped but didn’t smell clean, ours had loose dirt on it. Thankfully We brought our own pillows and blankets. I don’t expect hotel clean in these rentals, because it just doesn’t happen. I just wanted the beds to smell fresh.
