Please note – In order to book with us there is a 21 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

Pet Policy: Welcome to our pet-friendly property where your furry companions are valued guests. We offer a warm embrace for up to two dogs weighing under 35 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $100 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000. Dog owners are kindly reminded to accept full responsibility for their pets, ensuring they have no history of aggression or biting. We look forward to hosting you and your beloved companions.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - dish soap, bathroom hand soap, assorted household cleaners, 4 laundry pods, 4 dish soap pods, 4 coffee pods, 4 toilet paper rolls, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 large trash bags, 6 kitchen trash bags. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
