Beautiful apartment in a great location
We loved our stay in this ground level apartment. The photos didn’t lie—it’s a spotless, generously sized space with an incredible view. Rain or shine, we loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the landscape. The location was perfect for our outings to Pisgah, DuPont, Brevard, the Parkway, and Asheville. Due to proximity to the highway with mild traffic noise, the property does not feel isolated. BUT it was very very private and quiet on the entire property, and we hardly knew when the upstairs residents were present. The kitchen appliances are more than adequate, and the supplies/utensils/cookware cover basic needs. Plenty of options for heating and cooling the space, and the electric fireplace was a wonderful touch, even when we left the heat off. The bed was comfortable. With the patio space and washer/dryer, visitors who need to clean outdoor gear would benefit from staying here. The grill and fire pit are great additions. All in all, we would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in the area. It’s on the same side of town as the Asheville airport and a very reasonable drive into downtown. Accessing the property was easy and management responded immediately to a quick request.
