Genießen Sie dieses wunderschöne, haustierfreundliche Gerät mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, das sich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt befindet. Erbaut im Jahr 2007 und kürzlich renoviert; Dieses Gerät befindet sich im zweiten Stock und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Veranda und eine private Veranda mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Diese Eigenschaft ist ein Haus, das zwei Einheiten hat, mit SandCastle Up ist die Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Sie werden kilometerlange schöne, breite Sandstrände mit viel Sonnenschein in South Carolina finden, da dieses Haus so nah am Meer liegt.

Myrtle Beach ist bekannt für sein Golf; Mit über 80 leicht zugänglichen Golfplätzen. Wenn ein Golfplatz nicht Ihr Ding ist, ist Myrtle Beach auch als die Minigolf-Hauptstadt der Welt bekannt. Es versteht sich also von selbst, dass es einen in der Nähe gibt. Ganz zu schweigen von Barefoot Landing mit über 100 Geschäften und gastronomischen Einrichtungen, darunter das neue Restaurant des Lucy Buffets Lulu. Die Uferpromenade von Little River mit den einzigen Casino-Kreuzfahrten in Carolina ist nicht weit entfernt. Dieser Bereich ist so ein schöner Ort mit für jeden etwas dabei.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It was dirty and nasty. The pictures did not hold up to what it really looks like and it had roaches real bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would never stay here again

Should have read the reviews beforehand.

Upon arrival, the exterior surrounding was not only unkept, but had junk in the backyard. We had problems getting access into the apartment after a long ride. Instead of using the initial entry code for the front door, I was instructed to just use 1234 and had to use that generic key code for the entire stay. It was uncomfortable to say the least that anybody could have gotten in while me and the family were asleep. As I entered into the apartment, I realized that it was already occupied. I don’t think the roaches are paying rent to stay there, but there were plenty. I spoke to the people downstairs and they also were disgusted by the infestation in the building. The grill was rusted and wobbly. The ceiling fan in my bedroom could not be used because it literally sounded like metal rubbing on metal. My bed frame and board is in desperate need of replacement. It felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment. The refrigerator was missing a handle. The living room television had impact damage on the screen previous to my arrival. The living room leather sofa was comfy but so worn out. The air vent in my room was half off. Last but not least, the dishwasher was also broken. I had to hand wash all of the plates, cups and silverware by hand. They were generous enough to leave sponges and a little bit of dish detergent. I am happy I brought my own pan and spatula because there were none in the apartment. I took videos and pics of it all. I have no more room to write….

There were roaches in the kitchen, holes in the door and walls, broken tiles on the floor, uncovered electrical outlets, coffee left in the coffee pot, overall dirty. I called the property manager and she told me "this is the south your going to have roaches, we are not a 5 star hotel and never claimed to be" And this is after they changed my reservation 2 days before we were scheduled to arrive. No phone call or anything all I got was an email telling me our reservation was changed. Property manager was insanely rude, said she didn't care what review we left. Refused to give us our money back. We are out over $600 for this rental, and then we had to find another hotel for the weekend and ended up paying over $900.

Your cleaning fees dont go to cleaning

When we got there we were greeted with piles of trash in the backyard. Everything was covered in sand and the door was unlocked. They dont want sand in the house according to the rules but give you nothing to clean with while there. I went out a bought a broom so we could clean. There was trash all along the side of the bunkbeds and ROACHES in the kitchen and one bedroom. The cabinets had almost no dishes or silverware and the outside patio was not like the one pictured. We had 8 women in the house and only had one bathroom because the toilet was leaking into the downstairs and they had small children so we didn't use it. They contacted management on the first day we were there and it took them 4 days to send someone out. We made the best out of the trip but i would never go to one of their homes again. Im having to leave everything outside my home till it can be washed because we don't want any bugs coming in

Proximity to the beach and general location were excellent. The Roku didn't function in the living room, nor did the cable box, nor did the bathroom fans, nor was there a TV in the second bedroom (balcony), and the dryer didn't work, and it took an hour to check in due to an incorrect door code, and we were surprised by a trio of individuals claiming to be the cleaning crew 36 hours after we arrived (needless to say we refused), but other than that the property was as advertised. I would be happy to stay here again. 4 of 5 stars overall.

You get what you pay for

We rented this condo just as a place to spend a week with friends. It was not horrid, but it did have a few things that could have been fixed up. Just a few examples were that the fridge was missing a handle, the tv in the master bedroom does not work, and the parking was just extremely odd. Nothing so large that it would truly impact your stay. But, you should not plan to come here if your party is over 8, saying that it sleeps 12 means you do not have any room to even remotely move. But, for the price we didn’t expect anything grand, it was great for our group, and we had enjoyable neighbors below us.

Disgusting unit.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is disgusting. Your cleaning fees definitely aren’t going to actual cleaning.. DO NOT rent this unit. Upon arrival, we left our shoes on the porch per instruction to not track sand in. When we walked in, there were dirty foot prints on the floor. After 5 minutes of walking around, the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. There was sand left in the bath tubs, the silverware and cooking utensils were dirty and had hair on them and our outside trash cans were completely full. Management didn’t seem to care about any of this and only offered me a reclean when they probably only asked knowing we would say no due to there being so many people in our unit and it would have just been a hassle. I say again, do NOT rent this unit. Run down and disgusting.

House of Horrors

After looking at pics and reviews we decided to rent this property. After arriving to a house with over flowing garbage cans out front and 10 cars parked on the property taking up our spot, I had a bad feeling. Once entering the second floor apartment we were stunned to find the dirtiest, mold infested, filthy apartment we had ever seen! everything from broken furniture to hole in the walls, no handles on the dirty refrigerator no handles on shower in any bathroom, missing smoke detector ( saftey violation) MOLD MOLD MOLD everywhere. We got out of there as soon as I could find another place to stay which cost me additionally. Spoke with rental agent and she sent a handy man with a spray bottle of bleach thinking that's all that was needed. The house needs to be shut down due to the amount of Black mold that was present. She offered to send us to another property which was smaller and not in a location we wanted to be in. No Thank you. We have requested a refund but have not received any notification from the management company or owner. I will be posting all pictures of this disaster of a house. DO NOT BELIEVE any of the good reviews of Sand Castle up or the pics that are currently posted . I will be posting on Social media all the evidence you need to see . I warn everyone DO NOT RENT this mold filled dirty broken down house. My name is Albert Karali so check out Facebook and Instagram for pics of this piece of crap townhouse. You have been warned!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT

wonderful place to vacation

This place was just the right size and price for my family. We enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance to the beach, and also not more than a 10-15 minute drive from most attractions. We loved spending Christmas at the beach, and if I can figure out how to do it again, we would be coming back again soon

November beach trip

I really liked the property. I think it said it could sleep 12 - but I don't see how that is possible, really. But the two of us and the dog had a great time. The house has some maintenance issues but nothing substantive. I actually liked that it was, let's say cozy - because I didn't worry so much about hurting anything. It was close to the beach, which was great. We walked out on the beach at least once a day - often 2-3 times. In November the neighborhood was very quiet - not much traffic, pedestrian or vehicular. The kitchen is adequate. The couches were very comfortable and the tv and wifi were good. I slept like a log on the bed. There are 20 steps from the ground to the lodging - but we had no problem with them. The balcony (porch?) is really nice - we didn't use it much because of the weather but I could see where it would be a plus (note - you get to the balcony through one of the bedrooms). There seemed to be plenty of parking - we only had the one car, but there was more room. The yard was a little junky but we didn't go for the landscaping. We'd definitely consider going back to this place. It was just right for us.

Good overall experience

Everything was as expected per pictures and description of property. Queen bedroom does not have a tv but no real problem. Noticed all smoke alarms had been removed. Maybe something else was installed that was not noticed. King comforter needed washing.
