Like its Mountain Bluebird namesake, this centrally located condo is a hidden gem! Bluebird Hideaway is nestled among aspen and pine trees with an updated open-concept floor plan and is strategically located in uptown Pagosa but only minutes from downtown amenities and activities. With multiple sleeping options, this spacious, 1,250-square-foot layout is suitable for two to three couples, two small families, or a family of six...ideal for a fun family vacation or perfect couples' getaway! The elevator is nice for carrying your gear and groceries up to the third (top) floor, and there’s also a washer/dryer in the condo for your personal use. Bluebird Hideaway (AKA Ace Condo #304) boasts views from windows on three sides and, unlike most homes in Pagosa, has central air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable in the summer months!
Located only steps from the golf course and three miles from the center of town, where you'll find fantastic restaurants, hot springs, tubing on the San Juan River, and more. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee with a woodsy view of the golf course on your own private back balcony, or if you're in the mood for a day of adventure, several national forest trailheads are only a few miles away for hiking, running, biking, nature watching, or even snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter. It’s only two miles to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center and right next to several lakes for fishing, kayaking, or paddle-boarding. Looking to hit the slopes? Bluebird Hideaway is only 35 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, boasting the most snow in Colorado!
