Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Lonsdale St & Exhibition St, a 2min walk from the La Trobe St tram stop.
You're only a short walk to QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Exhibition St & La Trobe St which is only a 2 min walk from where we are.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Exhibition St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 7 min walk away.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.
This pad accommodates a maximum of 9 adults overnight at no additional cost.
Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.
I will not be present at this property during your stay.
