The space
Greeted by a lovely open and treed frontage, with ample parking, The Happy Place welcomes you with it's coastal charm and hint of fun. Bright, spacious and inviting, everyone will love the vibe here.

The location is outstanding, a mere 400m walk to the bay beach and main strip of Rye. Start your day with a morning stroll along the beach and pier, with coffee in hand from the house coffee machine, or from one of the many local cafes. Finish the day off with a BBQ and drinks in the gorgeous Happy Place alfresco area, or walk down the road, dine at a local restaurant or picnic on the beach.

During the day, take your pick of the many activities the Peninsula has to offer. Swim, snorkel, surf, fish, golf, walk/run/wheel along the many local tracks, explore the nearby Red Hill food and wine region, shop in Trendy Sorrento, go treesurfing or get lost in a maze, take the ferry across to Queenscliff, then finish off your day watching the sunset over the beautiful bay.

Peninsula and Alba Hot Springs, surf beaches, world class golf courses, wineries, eateries and other tourist attractions are just minutes away.


THE HOUSE

Relaxation and happiness greet you from the moment you step in the door. The Happy Place is bright, cheerful and spacious, with generous and tastefully decorated bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas. Newly renovated, the home exudes warmth and relaxation.

There are 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, all with super comfy beds and clothing storage, cozy lounge area with fireplace, gorgeous dining room and a stunning sun-room/TV room which doubles as another bedroom.


Step outside the sun-room/TV room to the lovely alfresco area with it's huge teak dining setting, BBQ, table tennis table, and outdoor fridge.

A beach trolley is available to carry all your beach gear on the short 400 metre walk to the beautiful crystal clear waters of Rye and boat ramp.

The lovely well appointed kitchen looks out to the generous, green and fully fenced backyard, and magical 'relax zone' complete with outdoor lounge, festoon and lighting . . sit back, relax with a glass of local wine or brewery beer and watch the kids play, or join in a game of backyard cricket or table tennis.

There are two spacious bathrooms with lovely fluffy towels and quality toiletries, and a full size laundry, with front loading wachine machine, clothesline outside and clothes drying rack. A baby bath is also available.
