*Please be aware that this suite is located within a large, two story building. The suite is located on the first floor of the building and is accessed by its own private entrance. There is a separate suite on the second floor of the building that may be occupied during your stay.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for one dog, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-$35 Pet fee will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.
