Vistas Margarita: Large, Airy Ocean Vista Apartment in El Centro Downtown Puerto

This freshly renovated, spacious top-floor apartment is over 600 sq. ft. or 55 m2. The apartment is completely private, with one large bedroom with king bed, air conditioning and top-quality, silent floor fan. The large living room space has floor to ceiling south-facing windows overlooking the city and the ocean, comfy sofa, coffee table and 2 hammocks for you to chill with your friend. The dining area is set up for 4, the convenience kitchen is ready for making simple meals and keeping plenty of icy beverages at hand. The modern bathroom has a spacious, airy rain shower, new flush toilet and sink. Your east-facing balcony with café-style table and chairs is perfect for morning coffee and you will adore the lovely west-facing rooftop garden outdoor space with BEAUTIFUL sunset aspect. There is lots of room in the apartment to work (reliable, fast wifi) and relax. Finally, you will love to feel the ocean and mountain breezes through the many large windows that make this tropical retreat extra special.

You will have exclusive, private access to the base of the stairs and the entire suite, bedroom, bathroom, rooftop garden and sunrise balcony. The only shared section is the entryway from the street to the base of your stairs. There are 2 family dogs in this entryway that we will introduce you to upon arrival.

We are happy to help you orient yourselves to the local area and can offer tips on activities/outings, car/moto rentals, grocery stores/restaurants, amenities, beaches, surf lessons, and likely anything else you’re curious about or interested in during your time in Puerto Escondido.

1. Our apartment is an adult-only space (minimum age of children is 12 years old) due to the balcony.
2. Access to the apartment is via stairs ONLY (no elevator). The two flights of stairs are very secure and include a handrail, but guests with large luggage may require help, which we are happy to offer.
3. Dogs on site in entrance to home. The two resident dogs, Atanea and Pantera, are friendly but we need our guests to know in advance that they will likely interact with the dogs briefly while passing through entrance to apartment.
4. Noise-level is sometimes what would be common for a cityscape.
5. Sometimes internet &/or power outages happen city-wide. If you require these to be 100% reliable, maybe this place won't work for you.
