The Space:
Arrive at the townhouse and uncover a piece of Launceston's rich history. The property sits beautifully, showcasing plenty of character and charm.
Make your way up the steps and into the main entrance hallway. As you explore the home, you'll find many special heritage touches such as high ceilings, gorgeous decorative fireplaces and plenty of special designs and details.
The home's 2 bedrooms lead off the hallway, both featuring plush queen beds, ample storage and additional cooling and heating options.
Towards the end of the hallway, you'll discover the light-filled open living-dining area. The space holds a homely feel, furnished with a 4-seater dining suite, comfortable seating and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
The kitchen adjoins the living area, equipped with many essentials and modern appliances to make some tasty home-cooked meals. Access to the outdoor patio is found here, offering a sunny spot to relax.
The bathroom, located off the kitchen, features a walk-in shower, vanity storage, a full-length mirror and a separate toilet for your privacy. Additionally, there's a washing machine and washing sink for your convenience.

Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).
INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.

You can park on the street for free. On the street directly outside the house there is no time limit; however, please read the parking signs carefully to ensure you're not in a time-limit space.
Nearby there is a 2-hour time limit Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am to 6pm. On weekends and public holidays there is no time limit. Please note that further up the street some parking limits are shorter with a limit of 15 minutes.
The home welcomes children over the age of 10.
Please note to gain entry you will need to climb a few steps to reach the front door.
