Private home in Suttons Bay

Located in Suttons Bay, MI, Broadway Base Camp is the perfect location for a group of up to 6 adults (an additional 3 children under the age of 6 are welcome as well). The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, deck, and backyard.

The first floor of the home has the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, half bathroom and one guest room with a queen sized bed. On the second floor there is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a third room with three twin beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms.

Outside the home, the large backyard, deck, grill and firepit offer wonderful opportunities to enjoy this beautiful area. The home backs up into a wooded area and provides plenty of privacy. Across the street is a nature trail perfect for a scenic walk.

The surrounding town of Suttons Bay offers many opportunities for adventure. The downtown is only a 15 minute walk away and boasts some wonderful shops, restaurants, movie theater and public beach access. We highly recommend taking a swim in Suttons Bay- the clear waters and sandy bottomed lake are so refreshing on a hot summer day.

If you are looking for more adventure, a short drive can take you to Traverse City, home of the National Cherry Festival. There you will find even more shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. If you are looking for something more scenic, travel to Northport Point to see the lighthouse and look at Lake Michigan. A travel west will put you in Empire where you can climb the Sleeping Bear Sand dunes. Leelanau county has an abundance of activities and staying at Broadway Base Camp in Suttons Bay will put you in the heart of it all.

One well behaved dog may be included in the reservation for an extra fee. Please contact management for more information.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
