This beautiful, 6,000 square foot house is a contemporary adobe home nestled in the hills to only 10 minutes West of Santa Fe, in the direction of Las Campanas. The house is a 35 minutes from the Santa Fe ski area that offers very good intermediate to advance skiing with incredible views.

The whole house features radiant floor heat and two AC units. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people, but can accommodate 8 with for extra drop-in visitors. The sprawling Master Bedroom suite features a King Bed and also has a sofa bed.  Off the bedroom is an outside patio with table and chairs.

The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in His/Her walk-in shower and a Kohler Jacuzzi bathtub, as well as His/Hers vanity areas and sinks. The Master suite also features an extensive His/Her closet area.

The Great Room features a large fireplace, large flat-screen TV and a bar area with fridge.  The Great Room opens onto a lovely Portal (large patio). With an outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating area, you can enjoy stunning views of the Santa Fe skies and sunsets all year round.

A beautiful and fully stocked “Cook’s Kitchen” features a Wolf range, center-island with seating and a large pantry. The pass thru to the Dining Room makes for fun and sociable cooking, as well as easy serving and dining. The beautiful dining room table seats 8 comfortably and the room also features a fireplace.

The house also has its own Wine Cellar. There is a cloakroom/WC for guests between the kitchen and Great Room, and a large coat closet. The laundry room features washer/dryer, utility sink, folding space and storage.

There is a spacious Guest Room with Queen Bed and En-suite bathroom with a large Kohler bath with shower. The room has a discretely hidden flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. There is a patio for this room with a café table and two chairs for seating.

The Library (or Kid’s Space) features a TV, storage with board games and bookcases. This room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a Queen bed.

The third bedroom (children’s bedroom) features two Queen Beds and En-suite bathroom with a shower and large Kohler bathtub. There is a patio off this room with a café table and chairs and from here you can access the lovely spiral garden as a quiet place for meditation.

There is an attached 2 car garage from which you can enter the house. The garage also holds a ping-pong table.
There is also lovely courtyard main entrance with a stunning large glass door into the home.
