Scottsdale is also nationally known for baseball’s Spring Training and these camps bring visitors from all over the country to partake in this amazing annual event that features many of the nation’s favorite teams.

Other major events hosted by Scottsdale include the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament and the esteemed Barrett-Jackson car auction. Additionally, nearby Phoenix is home to many professional sports teams including the Arizona Suns, the Phoenix Cardinals, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Arizona Coyotes.

➢ ☆★ You must have a wristband and fob to enter the pool or amenity area. If you lose it we cannot guarantee you will get another and you may lose access to the pool. You have to pay $60 for each band and $250 for a fob so you will need to pay this BEFORE we will get another. The time it takes to get another is at our discretion. DO NOT go the office asking for one. They will only communicate with us on this. ☆★
➢ We do not supply any glass cups in our units, and this includes wine glasses. We have plastic available for your use.
➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working.
➢ We do not provide any streaming services or local channels, so you must log into your own.
➢ As a requirement of the complex, please indicate the purpose of your stay, the full name of other guests, along with your car information and plate number. These are requirements prior to providing the check-in instructions.

A great place and location. Unit was super clean and comfortable. Unit was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. The facilities were great. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay again.would

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests.
