The Space:
This newly constructed 70 sqm | 753 sq ft townhouse is one of eight brand new townhomes in Guaycuras, near La Paz Bay and downtown, and is in a fantastic location to get the best local experience. You’ll be situated near restaurants, markets, shopping, golf, and more. Plus the Townhouses at Guaycura have a common area swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor dining tables only shared between the 8 units! It’s the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!

Guests must climb stairs to reach the bedroom.

- An open living area with a comfy sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home.
- The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and it is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a gas stove top, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!
- There’s a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with 3 cushy bar stools to enjoy meals at home or a quick coffee on the go.
- This beautiful townhome has 1 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 2 guests as such:
BEDROOM: 1 King bed with an ensuite bathroom, upstairs
- A washer and dryer and iron in the home for added convenience.
- 1 free designated parking space behind a controlled electric gate.

Getting Around:
The townhouse is about 6 miles | 9.5 km or a 15-minute drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 120 miles | 193 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Per the HOA bylaws noise of any kind is forbidden after 9 pm and no pets allowed on the property.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

Please note that we're not in control of the pool and common area cleanliness, that is the responsibility of the property's HOA (Homeowners' Association).

The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. A fine of $250 will be applied for noise after hours or unauthorized parties.
- $500.00MXN for repeatedly hanging clothes or objects on the railings and failing to comply with the rules of the common areas after being informed by the company for over 1 hour.
- $750.00MXN for leaving gates open for more than 15 minutes after being informed by a company member. This fine must be paid in cash or through a transfer during the current month of the observation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

GREAT TOWNHOME/AREA AROUND NOT AS GREAT
The townhome was great-nice accomodations. We felt very secure within the compound of the townhomes. The only problem was the area surrounding the townhomes. It looks like the area is in the process of renovating, which is good, but there wasn't any type of stores in the immediate vacinity. We did walk down the beach and found a hotel/club where we were able to eat. It was really nice but ot much else around at this time.

What I liked.. Close to the water Clean Good communication New What I didn't enjoy... Number one for us was the bed, hard as a rock. We even purchased an additional mattress pad. Downstairs has one window. It is really dark. I wouldn't stay there again really only because of the bed.
