Just a short drive away and there is a boat ramp, local dairy, restaurant and cafe. Also close by is L'arte Cafe and Gallery a unique cafe and gallery that is set in a magical garden, complete with an outside mosaic living room.
Access for the main bathroom is via the master bedroom, there is an additional separate toilet available.
This is a Kiwi home as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo for this reason there will be some personal belongings.
This home is really only suitable for up to 6 adults as the bunk beds are designed for children and there is close neighbours so noise or parties is not allowed.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
