The Space:
The Retreats at Lantana are less than half a block from beach access, offering
a super fun stay for your family!
Want to go to the beach? It's less than a 5-minute walk. At the property, you
have two dedicated off-street parking spaces. The property is pet-friendly,
allowing one dog with a small one-time fee.
The Retreats feature a front patio overlooking the street and a back patio
overlooking the pool. This listing is for condo 3, located upstairs to the
left if you were facing from the street and includes three bedrooms and two
full bathrooms. This well-maintained 4-unit building (we manage all condos
here) includes two 3-bedroom units upstairs and two 2-bedroom condos
downstairs. You can book multiple units if desired.
The condo features all-tile floors, ample bedding, and a fully equipped open-
concept kitchen with dark granite counters and a dishwasher. Though not a full
nor recent remodel, it is still modern & great for families. The back of the
property has a private pool shared by the four condos.
We provide two community gas grills; please bring an LP propane tank if you
plan to use them as we do not provide.
The pool has a pergola/patio and sun loungers for relaxing or watching the
kids in the pool. Note that the pool is not heated though professionally
cleaned by Santos Pools locally.
This condo, located on the second floor up one flight of stairs, has a back
patio overlooking the pool on the 2nd level for a view of the pool area.
We offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec
20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach
specials. Please message us for details.
Inside the condo, you will see the kitchen with counter stools, a dining
table, flat-screen TV, and a couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa. We do
also provide an airbed & pump - Please bring bedding for the sofa sleeper
and/or airbed if you plan on using.
Two full baths (one en suite/connected to the master bedroom) one full bath in
addition. The condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, two singles in
the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom as well as the
sleeper sofa & air bed we described.
There are two coin-operated washers and dryers on the premises shared among
the four units, requiring quarters. Property is professionally managed by
South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd on the Island 78597 open 9 am to 5 pm if
you should need us.
We provide a starter pack of basic soaps, dishwasher pods, and trash bags, but
these are not unlimited or replenished so please plan accordingly. Sheets,
pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths are all provided in the
rate.
Up to 10 people are allowed, including infants. This is a family-oriented
property with quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am. Please read and agree to all house
rules before booking.
Our listing requires that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older and
must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are not 25;
though it may be possible with additional requirements.
We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking.
This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License.
Please e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign before arrival to receive your
door code. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID, or upload
it to messaging to verify your age.
