Main Floor
Welcome to the heart of our home, where the journey begins in the thoughtfully appointed kitchen, leading you to a spacious back deck and yard. Here, breathtaking views of the Bay unfold before you, including sights of the Glenora ferry on its route.
The outdoor space is equipped with comfy seating, a BBQ and a fire pit area for your enjoyment.

Inside, continue your exploration to discover a large separate dining room that comfortably seats eight.
To the right, a cozy living room awaits, featuring a TV and an antique fireplace for relaxing evenings.
For your convenience, there is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
As you ascend the grand staircase to the second floor, the charm of the estate continues to unfold.

Second Floor:
Bedroom #1: A queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony offering serene views of the Bay of Quinte.

Bedroom #2: Another queen bedroom, this one boasting a full ensuite bathroom and a unique historic fireplace.

Office: For those moments when inspiration strikes or work calls, our private office is equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, and a cozy reading nook.

Third Floor:
Venture up to the third floor, which feels like a retreat within our retreat. This level hosts two additional queen bedrooms and features a dining/game table, along with a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, freezer, sink, coffee maker, and glassware.

It's here that you'll find the County's most magnificent view. Whether you choose to lounge inside by the large windows or step out onto the balcony, the sprawling vistas invite you to pause, enjoy, and reconnect with loved ones in an unforgettable setting.
