The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful blue cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your culinary aspirations. Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-over-queen built-in bunk beds and a dedicated workspace.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, on the ground floor.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• There are two driveways. The main driveway leading up to the house allows parking for 3 vehicles. The garage and the secondary driveway space in front of it is not for guest use.
• This home is equipped with a Ring camera system at the front door.
• There is no guest access to the garage on the property.
• There is a strict no-pets policy. Fines will be incurred if evidence of pets is detected.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
