The Space:
Summer Breeze is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home that can sleep up to 8 guests. As you walk inside the room is flooded with natural lighting and gorgeous views of the lake. Experience spacious living with our open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas for a modern and inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience and culinary delight with everything you need for a delightful stay at your fingertips. After a long day on the water relax with the family or friends with your favorite movie or catch your favorite team on the new 85 inch smart TV.
The master bedroom includes a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom includes a Queen bed while the third bedroom includes two Full size beds. The two guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom that includes a shower and tub combination perfect if you need to give the little ones a bath. The King & Queen bedrooms are furnished with their own brand new 50" smart TVs.
Head outside with the little ones and play in the expansive grassy lawn or take a dip in the pool while soaking up nature's beauty surrounding this home. The pool can also be heated, providing year-round comfort for refreshing swims or on chillier nights unwind under the stars in the hot tub! Bringing watercraft? This home has cleats off both sides of the dock to tie up your boat or jet ski along the pier with a covered gazebo. Explore the lake with adult and children sized kayaks and a paddle board. Or relax with a book and read in one of the chair swings under the gazebo just at the water's edge!

Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire property, pool, hot tub and boat dock. There is an additional fee to heat the pool please ask us for details. Boat lift is available May through September. If bringing a boat outside this time frame please inquiry about using the lift. Boat lift can hold up to 5500 lbs boats.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available to use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and walking trails.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to local attractions.

We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be.
No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
