Summary:
This freestanding family home is centrally located between Shellharbour Village Town Centre and the new established Waterfront Shellharbour Marina. Walk two minutes to Shellharbour Village with cafes and shops, or use the locals walking track at the end of Sophia Street to access Shell Cove by foot, only a 5 minute walk to the Shellharbour Marina for additional cafes & restaurants.
The Space:
Enjoy 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full bathrooms, a powder room downstairs off the full laundry, a single driveway space and street parking, at this lovely holiday home. Additional features include; ducted air conditioning, modern appliances including a coffee machine, washing machine, dedicated workspace in the upstairs additional living area, and kitchen necessities such as salt, pepper, cleaning supplies etc.
The spacious downstairs living area extends to an outdoor entertaining space with an outdoor umbrella and gas BBQ for your enjoyment. The side of the property also has a clothesline for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property but not the single garage. They can use the single driveway space.
The Neighborhood:
You will be close to Shellharbour Marina and Shellharbour Village from this amazing location. Shellharbour North & South Beach are within a 10-minute walk, making it convenient to enjoy the coastal scenery. Additionally, both locations are just a short drive or walk away: Shellharbour Marina is a 3 minute drive and Shellharbour Village a 5 minute walk from the property. This ensures easy access to the marina's amenities, waterfront activities, and the charming shops and cafes of Shellharbour Village.
Jamberoo Action Park is a 22 minute drive away, Stockland Shopping Centre is within an 8 minute drive, Dunmore Train Station is down the road, and local buses along Addison Street for local transport.

Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
This property's WIFI is from a hot spot, it is not to be relied upon for mobile usage, it's primary use is for TV streaming.

The Shellharbour Marina Group is a boutique locally based property business led by Director and Licensed Real Estate agent Michelle Mannex that prides itself on providing exceptional client service and experiences.
We manage a number of Holiday Accommodation properties in the local region as well as other businesses in the real estate property field. We have locally based staff (Administration and Property Maintenance) that are able to assist our visiting clients while staying at one of our holiday properties after hours or in an emergency situation.
