This third-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes complete with a living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as a deck facing the mountains. The bedroom has a king bed, and the living area has a queen Murphy bed. Both the King bedroom and living space have AC and flat-screen TVs, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with a screened-in gazebo is also available.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.
