Nice but Sterile

Great location!! If you are looking for a rock solid location this is it. The environment inside the unit is very sterile almost borderline boring. When you arrive you will receive an email letting you know if you have a questions or are in need of anything there is a manager to contact. He never replied to our question.other than that the location is great.

I recently stayed at this apartment and while the location was fantastic—within walking distance to everything I needed—there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The apartment itself could have been cleaner; the floors appeared as though they hadn’t been swept in a while, and the dishes were extremely foggy, giving the impression they hadn’t been properly cleaned. In terms of maintenance, there were some troubling problems. The bathroom sink didn’t provide hot water, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the bedframe was broken, and the bed was sunken in, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The dryer also had a malfunction, with the door repeatedly popping open mid-cycle. Overall, while the apartment’s location is ideal, these maintenance and cleanliness issues need to be addressed to make the stay more enjoyable.
