Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.
Be sure to catch a Pirate Show with the resort’s own Red Beard the Pirate.
Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

Beach Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone was very nice and helpful. You take a short ferry boat ride to the island then rent a golf cart to roam around the island. The private beaches and pool house were very clean and well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palm Island, and the resort, have been coming here for over 25 years. The island is in full recovery mode and even over a week, we saw amazing progress in the island’s recovery. Our condo was so lovely. Very nicely decorated and a great space. Beds are very comfortable. The location is great, direct oceanfront. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you might need.

Annual Family reunion

Reviewer Comments: Given a few months Post Helene and Milton the experience was as good as could be expected I guess.Sara did all she could to make our stay as good as possible. It was great having two adjacent units on the beach.

Love Palm Island

Reviewer Comments: The front office could be more accommodating and also pretend that they are happy to see us, some of the staff did not know much and had to wait for a manager. We have been coming to PIR for more then 10 years and things have changed, but not for the better
