The Space:
The large lounge at the front of the home has two comfortable lounges a smart TV and a ceiling fan.
Adjacent to this is an enormous open plan sitting and dining room with glass windows all round and a combustion heater that will keep you cosy in the winter as you enjoy a view of Lakala Reserve.

There’s plenty of room in the spacious kitchen which includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, microwave and all the kitchen and cooking utensils you will need.

There is also a second lounge room with two lounges and another smart TV which would be great for the kids to call home.

Bedroom one is very spacious with lovely timber furniture featuring a queen bed.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and built in robe.
Bedroom three has two single bunk beds.

You will find a lovely modern main bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. This is also where you will find the washing machine and linen cupboard.

An original second bathroom with a shower over the bath and a basin is next to the separate original toilet.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout.

Sit under the beautiful front veranda and enjoy the idyllic surroundings or watch the family play games on the front lawn.

Out the back there is a barbecue and patio area by the lawn which is fenced for the children’s safety plus an outdoor shower that is perfect for when you return from a day at the beach.

Wonderful clean house in excellent spot. Only two toilet papers, no soap of any sort, no salt and pepper and no teabags were the only disappointment as I think these are reasonable basics for over $1000. Otherwise a really delightful stay.
