The Space:
If you're in search of comfort, convenience, and the feeling of home, your search ends here! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment offers a warm sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The sitting area has a large cozy sofa and a Smart TV for downtime moments between outings. The space is flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide access to your private balcony.

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all you’ll need for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start and a blender for afternoon mixers! The dining table is where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment for added convenience.

At the end of the day, when it’s time to rest and recharge, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a king bed and the second a single bed with a desk where you can work or study with more privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Napoles is a well-established neighborhood in Mexico City, and it's known for its mix of residential, commercial, and cultural aspects, making it an interesting and diverse area to explore. The neighborhood is home to some historic and iconic landmarks, including the World Trade Center Mexico City (Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones WTC) and is home to cultural centers and theaters, such as the Polyforum Cultural Siqueiros, which hosts art exhibitions, concerts, and cultural events. The neighborhood has experienced a resurgence in popularity in recent years, with new restaurants, cafes, and businesses opening, contributing to its vibrant atmosphere.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 13.5 km or 8.5 miles away. There are paid parking spots outside the apartment.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

This is a self-check-in unit using a code. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
