The Space:
If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of La Paz, this is it! You’ll be steps from the famous Malecón seaside promenade, where you can experience some of the best that this amazing city has to offer, such as local restaurants that serve fresh-caught seafood, the local markets, shopping, and a plethora of fun activities. Be sure to catch a La Paz sunset!

Step inside this luminous 100 sqm | 1076 sq ft sunlit apartment and be greeted by a spacious living room with a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing downtime moments at home. You’ll also have a fully-equipped kitchen with all you’d need to prepare meals and the essential extras like a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. You can dine at home at the table for 4, which also makes a nice laptop workspace if needed, too.

The internet signal is specially reliable in the dining room and bedrooms, in other areas of the house, the signal can be weaker.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed. One bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, the other a queen. The full bathroom has modern features and a stand-in shower.

Outside, you’ll find a wonderful common area that features a sun deck, lounge seats and a lovely swimming pool to cool off when needed.

This is a self-check-in property using a code. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city center (Zona Central) just steps from the waterfront promenade (Malecón), where you can be immersed in the culture and traditional Mexican flare, enjoy beautiful ocean views, explore a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Plus, easy access to supermarkets nearby to cook at home.

Our recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro

Getting Around:
The casita is about 12 km |7 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

The entrance stairs have uneven heights and a significant elevation.

We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. In each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and beach and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after checkout, provided all terms are met.

There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the casita during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
