The home sits just minutes from a Back 40 Trail and has a nice space in the garage to work on bikes or enjoy games with friends. This 3 bed 2 bath sleeps up to 8 guests (with blowup mattress) and has plenty of fun indoor and out.

The Space:
The home boasts an open concept living with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware and all essentials needed for your next family vacation. The open concept living area has plenty of spaces to eat comfortably as well as a Smart TV to login to your streaming apps. Washer and Dryer available for use if needed during your stay. This home is located on a quiet circle. The Back 40 Trails has an entry point less than .2 miles away at the front of neighborhood entrance. The location is astounding!

Getting Around:
Very close to Bella Vista golf courses and trails. Downtown Bentonville is a 15 minute drive away, as well as a Walmart Supercenter less than 10 minutes away in Pineville, MO.

*Any evidence of smoking tobacco, marijuana, or associated paraphernalia in the house or on premises will result in a $500 fee.
*Always report any accidental damages or breakage before check out.
