Wir haben ZWEI Cottages im Nantucket-Stil mit Außenfassade aus Zedernholz und Kiefernböden für Ihre Ankunft bereit! Genießen Sie die Ruhe einer nicht durchgehenden Straße mit zahlreichen Parkmöglichkeiten (bis zu 3 Standardautos passen in die Auffahrt an bestimmten Stellen) und Stufen zum Meer und zur Bucht.

Unser Coach House im zweiten Stock bietet klassische, pflegeleichte Kiefernholzwände und -holzböden. Das große Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 4 Personen (ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnbereich). Das Schlafzimmer hat Einbauschränke und viel Stauraum. Der großzügige offene Grundriss bietet Ihnen ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, einen dekorativen Kamin, ein dreiteiliges Badezimmer (keine Badewanne) sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Zentrale Luft sorgt für Ihr Wohlbefinden!

Eine geräumige Terrasse für Unterhaltung im Freien ist direkt vor dem Haus, zusammen mit einem Tisch und Stühlen (ein Gasgrill befindet sich im Erdgeschoss) Haus für Wäsche und Strandartikel) im ersten Stock. Und natürlich ist kein Strandhaus ohne Außendusche komplett!

Und wie großartig ist es, nicht in die Stadt fahren zu müssen, wenn Sie nicht mühsam parken möchten! Nehmen Sie den KOSTENLOSEN Shuttle, wohin Sie wollen. Im komplett renovierten Haupthaus für bis zu 8 Personen befindet sich im ersten Stock ein offenes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Granitoberflächen und Geräten aus Edelstahl. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im ersten Stock mit viel * Stauraum (* Stauraum unter dem Coach House ist ein gemeinsamer Raum für Wäsche und Strandartikel). Zentrale Luft sorgt für Ihr Wohlbefinden!

Die gesamte zweite Etage ist von der Master-Suite belegt und umfasst ein eigenes Bad und eine private Terrasse für den Morgenkaffee. Hier können Sie sich entspannen, während Sie dem Ozean lauschen oder abends die Sterne betrachten. Natürlich ist kein Strandhaus ohne Außendusche komplett und dieses Haus ist keine Ausnahme. Bei warmem Wetter draußen essen. Wir bieten einen Gasgrill mit Tisch und Stühlen. Und noch einmal, kein Haus ist komplett ohne eine eigene Außendusche!

Das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und Ihr Abend kann mit Sternenhimmel oder einer lustigen Nacht in der Stadt ausgefüllt werden!

Perfect Get Away
This is our second year staying in the Coach Home and are already planning for next year. It is so comfortable and cozy for us as a couple! We love it! The location is absolutely fabulous! Having access to bikes is an additional bonus and we rode all over the place. (The bikes are on the older side and need a little TLC so bring some WD-40 and bike tools.) Communication between the owner is fast and she is extremely helpful. Our stay was just amazing and we hated leaving!

Best and most relaxing LBI getaway!
It is my 2nd summer staying at Lisa’s cozy LBI cottage. I loved every minute of my stay per usual. Close proximity to the beach, quite end street location, cottage with every essential you need for a week vacation down the shore! So easy to communicate with the host, smooth check in, everything in the house was working perfectly. I and my husband along with our yorkies had a perfect summer getaway. We cannot wait to come back next year already. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Perfect beach cottage
Rented both homes so our family could stay together. Everything was perfect! This property is very cared for and well maintained. You’ll find many nice details and the decor is adorable, very beachy. Birthday Week at the Beach
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean! It was well stocked with cookware although we didn’t need it on this trip. Lisa was helpful when questions came up about the coffee maker and we left earbuds and she contacted us so we could turn around and get them. This property is located close to the beach. There were bikes for us to use. These came in very handy! We were sad to leave.

Great location
This is the second year I stayed at this property with my adult daughter. We love the location, very peaceful and quiet street, with a great deck that faces the East. The property owner is always kind and friendly and helpful! The home has sheets and towels and cleaning supplies even though we bring our own it’s nice to know they are there if we need them! Peaceful Beach Cottage in LBI
We had a wonderful stay at this property….so many items were included (towels, sheets, beach chairs, bikes) that we just had to bring ourselves! Amazing location on the last street on Long Beach Island…didn’t even have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed having cocktails out on the deck after a refreshing outdoor shower. The space itself is charming, clean, and relaxing. Everything we needed was there!

We loved the location! Home is located at the southern end of the island. Nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Rental is located on second floor with spacious deck facing the ocean. Washer and dryer were available. Spacious outside shower! We also loved that no renters will be downstairs.

Hideaway in Holgate
We had a lovely stay at Lisa's Coach House in Holgate. The house was absolutely charming, the location was awesome, and Lisa was attentive and responsive. The deck was lovely with the morning sun for coffee and nicely shaded in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was an easy walk and the neighborhood is quiet and private. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

House was perfect for 2 people. Great location, close to beach and wildlife reserve. Nice porch and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, etc. We also rented the larger front house for more family so was nice to have the bungalow for some quiet and relaxation.

Quiet Peaceful Restful
Location, location, location. If you want peaceful quiet and walk to the beach this is it! We loved the pristinely preserved fifties style apartment with knotty pine paneling and red linoleum countertops. There is lots of storage in the large bedroom closets. The space is perfect for two people. The bathroom is small and will only fit one person at a time. We mostly showered outside after the beach. We ate out in Beach Haven, the next town to the north. The hostess, Lisa, was kind and welcoming and responsive. She provided excellent instructions and help.

AMAZING Beach house!!!
Lisa’s coach home was perfect for us!!!!! (2 adults and 2 small yorkies) Located in the quite cul-de-sac in Holagte, beach is literally 2 min walk from the house. The house was very cozy, cute and comfortable. Had every essential item needed for an amazing vacation (outdoor shower, bikes, beach passes, beach chairs, towels, grill, outdoor deck with seatings, awning, and cookwares etc). The central air worked great which made our stay extra comfortable. We obviously had the best time ever and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We couldn’t have asked for a better summer beach house stay!!!! I particularly loved the spacious outdoor shower which also had changing area within the shower!!! Very thoughtfully designed! Storage area seemed to have many different entertainment/fun stuff! Lisa was very easy to communicate and accommodating! We will definitely be back here next year!!!! Highly highly recommended!!!!
