The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Passes are required and will be provided upon entry into the community. Boats, trailers, and campers are not permitted.
- This home is equipped with an outdoor security camera located on the car port and monitoring the driveway.
- Golf Cart Access to the Beach: Guests can enjoy the convenience of driving our golf cart directly to the beach access point. It's a quick and fun way to reach the sandy shores and enjoy your beach day!
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day in 2025, we have a Saturday to Saturday booking requirement. This means all reservations must check in on a Saturday and check out on the following Saturday.
