The adjacent dining area is perfect for four guests and features a dark wood-tone table to relish delectable meals with your loved ones. The modern open kitchen is furnished with a stove, hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and sink. All utensils and cookware are neatly arranged in the modern kitchen cabinets. Whip up a sumptuous meal or order takeout for you and your family.

The spacious bedroom features contemporary décor, a king-sized bed with an ultra-soft mattress, and premium-quality linens and pillows for a sound sleep. The highlight of the bedroom is the oversized windows. The room also includes a side table with a chic lamp, wall art, a built-in wardrobe cabinet, and a dresser.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym, kid's play area, yoga room, cinema and parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a dynamic city hub described as ’The Centre of Now’ that has cemented Dubai’s reputation as a truly global city. The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modelled after some famous ones around the world. It has a unique mix of aesthetically designed residential towers and commercial precincts. It boasts of several world-class hotels including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Emaar’s flagship The Address, Vida, and Manzil hotels.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that due to essential maintenance, the North entrance at Forte Tower 1 will be temporarily closed from 5th April to 16th May - 8am to 6pm. During this period, you may use the main lobby entrance for accessing the community. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding.
