Guests should be aware of the following:

Construction Updates
The North pool will be closed for refurbishment from Mar. 24, 2025 to Apr. 10, 2025. The North Kiddie pool, North spas, North fire pits and North restrooms will be closed from March 24, 2025, to Apr. 10, 2025, due the North pool project. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.

The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 2024 through Apr. 30, 2025. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.​​​​​​​

The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements that will occur from Apr. 2024 to Jul. 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time. The elevator renovation schedule can be viewed here.

From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.
