'Esk Farm’ - rural setting close to the coast

The divine newly renovated Esk Farm Cottage in Freshwater Creek on the Surf Coast, Victoria. The ideal rural location yet just minutes from Mt Duneed Estate, the Great Ocean Road, the beaches of Torquay, Anglesea, Barwon Heads and Geelong. A quaint cottage 2 bedroom cottage (renovated specifically as guest accommodation) on our family farm with a magnificent vista over farmland coupled with vibrant yet comfortable and cozy interior.

The space
The two bedroom cottage boasts a kitchen (stove, oven, rangehood and mini fridge), dining and living room with 2 separate bedrooms (sleep a family of 4, or 2 adult couples) bathroom, laundry, verandah and private garden.

Located at the end of the gum tree lined driveway, guests are provided a designated parking area and private lawn. Access to the cottage is via a walkway on to the verandah that boasts picturesque views of the surrounding farmland.

Open the front door of the cottage to enter into the main living and dining room. With the functional brand new kitchen at one end and a cozy couch and seating the other end. A gorgeous Nectre potbelly fire divides the room and heats the space up beautifully on the cooler days and nights in Winter.

Our Lipstick Red Room has an ultra comfortable hotel quality queen size bed, whilst our Sea Blue Room is equipped with two long single beds - or they can be joined for a deluxe super sized king bed. Guest towels, face washers and Leif body products are within the spacious bathroom that also houses a washing machine.

The cottage verandah has the most stunning vantage point to with a drink and enjoy the sun setting in the west - watching and listening to the bird life could not make it any more relaxing.

Esk Farm Cottage is a beautiful country stay with the fun and adventure of the Surf Coast beaches, Great Ocean Road, Surf Coast hinterland, Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong all on your doorstep. Take your pick as to which direction you explore!
Guest access
The Cottage and its private side lawn / garden, verandah and car parking spaces are exclusive to Cottage guests.

Access to the cottage is via one driveway and guests will drive past the main house (also on the farm) - we request that all guests drive slowly whilst on the property.
