The Space:
This family friendly, 2-bedroom condo is perfect for up to 6 guests. With 90 sqm of space and great amenities, you and your group will love staying at the Plaza 3.14! The complex offers a refreshing pool surrounded by lounge chairs and dining tables with umbrellas in case you prefer shade, a garden and BBQ area, a fitness center, a bar, lovely common areas, and onsite parking. One of the best perks is that you’ll be only steps to some of the best restaurants in town and only a short 5-minute walk to the beach!

The sitting area has been outfitted with comfortable sofa seating and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that give access to your private balcony. Take a seat and enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, and there are indoor and outdoor dining tables for enjoying meals at home.

To accommodate 6 guests, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a sofa bed.

The Neighborhood:
Staying at Plaza 3.14, you’ll be in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach! Just steps from your door, you have the Oxxo (a great convenience store), new shops, and some of the best restaurants and bars in town!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 10.7 km or 6.7 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a door code. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
