Dieser 16. Etage Einheit ist ein komfortables 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer am Strand Eigentumswohnung auf dem Abschnitt von Miami Beach bezeichnet als "Mid-Beach '. Das Gebäude befindet sich zwischen North Beach und South Beach macht es zu einem perfekten Ort für all jene, einen weniger überfüllten Strand noch nah genug für Shopping und Nachtleben zentral gelegen.

Das geräumige Suite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-Fernseher und Badezimmer mit WC ausgestattet. Gäste-Schlafzimmer ist mit einem vollen (Doppel-) Bett ausgestattet. Ein Queen-Size-Frontgate EZ Constant Comfort Aufblasbares Bett ist für Parteien von mehr als 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Direkter Blick auf den Ozean von der eigenen Terrasse, Schlafzimmer und Wohn- / Essbereich genossen werden.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause ausgestattet und verfügt über Schlafgelegenheiten für bis zu sechs Personen (4 für Erwachsene maximum). Bettwäsche, Bade vorgesehen. Eine Münzwäscherei befindet sich auf jeder Etage des Gebäudes zur Verfügung.

Es gibt ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter auf der obersten Ebene, die für die Gäste sowie einem grasbewachsenen Picknickbereich im Freien für Ihren Genuss befindet. Liegestühle sind im Lieferumfang enthalten. Liegestühle sind auch für diejenigen, die nicht wollen kann, um Stühle zu der Strandtasche auf Leihbasis für den Zugang zum Strand zur Verfügung.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Dieser Ort befindet sich in einem 7-10-minütige Fahrt zum Kongresszentrum, South Beach, Lincoln Road. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch für diejenigen ohne Fahrzeuge. Einige der Hotels in der Umgebung bieten Restaurants und es gibt planty Restaurants in der Nähe, um von diesem Angebot Dine-in, carryout, oder Lieferoptionen wählen. Der nächste Publix Supermarkt ist 1. 1 Meilen (4 Minuten mit dem Auto / 24 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so sauber wie wir es erwartet haben und die Einrichtung ist auch bereits sehr alt, aber, und jetzt kommt es, wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und auf den Strand und wenn man im Verhältnis zu einem Hotel den Preis sieht ist dieses Appartment ein Volltreffer. Wir würden es auf Jedenfall nochmal buchen

Die Aussicht ist der Hammer !!!

Die Aussicht ist aber auch das einzig Lobenswerte. Das angebliche 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich nur eine Kammer, denn es hat kein Fenster. Obwohl wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind angereist sind, waren gerade mal zwei Betten bezogen. Ein Kinderbett war nicht aufzutreiben. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und musste erst repariert werden. Die Küchenlampe überlegt sich erst nach mehrmaligem Betätigen, ob sie angeht. Obwohl alle Fenster eindeutig zur Südseite zeigen, gab es im Wohnzimmer nur 2 funktionierende Jalousien von 4 Jalousien. Die anderen 2 Fenster haben wir mit Laken zugehangen. Mehrere Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Der Geschirrspüler ist schon so sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dass er gar nicht mehr richtig sauber spülen kann. Dementsprechend war das gesamte Geschirr und Besteck schmierig. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Appartement lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Badschränke im kleinen Bad waren innen total dreckig. Auf dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer war noch Sand vom Vorgänger. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

We arrived late due to airport delays.when we got to location,we followed late arrival instructions. Maxine never showed up.instead we followed instructions to open lock box for keys. As i was trying to open box the security guard threatened to call cops. Never once did he ask who i was. I had to explain the lock box was broken.the security guard couldn't open box either.The lady at the front desk figured out we were guests,after speaking with Chris on phone several times we were assured the manager would get key to let us in.Well several hours went by someone came down with key to open door.we were told can't get a key till the morning. I was told to leave door unlocked if we had to leave. Needing to run to store for groceries,i had no other choice.When we got to room the smell of must was terrible.i left a/c on thinking the smell would go away. Got back to room 1 hour later,the smell was worse.I had no choice but to stay because was late.In the morning we both woke up with terrible headaches. Our sinuses were all stuffed up,our luggage and clothes had that terrible smell. I called Chris to inform him of this.He got upset,and told me to call vrbo,and hung up phone on me! Very rude. I called vrbo to inform them to what happened. The owners lied to vrbo and stated i swore at Chris, and that was the reason he hung up. Then when i read their response one of their comments was that they hesitated to rent to me because of my online name. Mrbad...very ignorant. Rented elsewhere

Great place

The view and condo was absolutely amazing. The condo has very strict rules when it comes to doing anything. The staff is very friendly. We had an issue one morning we woke up to security and maintenance in the kitchen because the room below us had water leaking from the ceiling. We had no water on the floor in our bathroom. The condo and beach area is very family oriented.

Amazing view!

We had a great week staying here. There is renovation work going on in the corridors, but the apartment itself was lovely and very well equipped. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little worn, but everything was really clean and we felt very comfortable. The view cannot be beaten and I loved hearing the sound of the ocean. The pool area is lovely and there is direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers available. The owners were excellent before and during our stay.

Awesome property and location!

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks in January and we couldn’t be more pleased. Great location and great views. There was a small glitch with the wi-fi when we first arrived, but Chris the owner took immediate action and made sure it was resolved immediately. Great customer service! The condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It was quiet, clean and the people around the complex were all very welcoming! We have stayed in over 10 different hotels and VBRO’s in Miami over the years, and this one was the best by far! We will be returning next year for sure! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you, Joe

The location is close enough to everything. This portion of the beach is more peaceful in my opinion, more peaceful than south beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. The view from the room is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Instacart is available for groceries.

Wonderful View

The condo was located on the 16th floor with a wonderful view of the Atlantic and mid-Miami beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. The master shower was not very nice though...clogged drain and old style converted tub. The hall stand alone shower however was very nice and drained well. The check in process was difficult...couldn't reach the property representative to let us in...was frustrating for an hour or so....but then we got in. The last day of our trip the air conditioning was shut off for repairs and it got really hot in our unit. So all in all, very nice location, terrific view, really nice walking path access to Miami beach.

Clean condo in an excellent location

I had a great experience and would love to return again. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of sheets, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen had fairly good pots and pans, a nice set of dishes, and just about everything you could need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. And the best part is the view! Beautiful view of the ocean! On mild nights, I slept with the windows open and listened to the ocean all night. The condo building was very nice. The lobby is renovated, and they are working on the rest of the building. The pool was closed when I visited, but it didn't bother me. There is excellent security throughout the building. I always felt safe. The beach has an attendant who provides free lounge chairs for guests to use. Valet staff was also very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great too - mostly condos, but some wonderful restaurants too, including Cafe Bernie right across the street. There is little to no cell reception in the condo, but it was easy to connect to their internet and use wi-fi calling. Internet worked great for the entire visit. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I look forward to coming back!

Beautiful beach views!

Overall the condo is located right on Miami Beach and the promenade, with beautiful views. The building itself could use some updates, but the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repair. There are some restaurants close by, but you will most likely need a car for groceries, altho mass transit is right outside. Overall, the condo is spacious, however, the second bedroom is very small, more accommodating for one person or a child. We did not use the blow-up mattress. The condo itself is clean but slightly worn. Some items should just be discarded/replaced and shades definitely should be replaced, especially, if folks use the mattress in the living room. Again, the location is wonderful for folks who enjoy the beach or enjoy walking and exploring.

Worth It

Building is old, built in 1968, so has wear. However, the ocean view from the unit is amazing! And it was so great to be right on the beach, and that the building has chairs for use there. Free valet parking was a major plus. Hopefully, the building relaxes the mask policy and their restrictions on # of people in gym soon. I would definitely book this place again.

Nice unit excellent location!

This unit is in a nice area of mid-beach. Valet parking is required but comes with the reservation. The building is secure and the security staff friendly. The unit is ocean front and has a large balcony and big windows in the living room and master bedroom. The guest bath, guest bedroom, and kitchen have been remodeled. The unit is stocked with lots of things like coffee maker, blender, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The master bathroom is dated but functional. The beach is great and only steps away. The owners and manager were easy to contact and always answered any questions. Check in was easy and I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a quiet, clean condo. Can't wait to go back!

Family of 4 in Miami

The apartment was ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Right on the quieter Mid Beach but close enough to the main areas. Plenty of Ubers available and a 15 min drive or free Trolley Bus ride gets you to South Beach. Shops are a 2 minute drive away if you need supplies. View from the apartment is amazing. We had a car and were taken care of by the valet service. All the staff in the building were very friendly. Chris was a great host from start to end, answering emails promptly and providing us with recommendations on places to go. Had a great time. Highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit quieter but close enough to the action.

Perfect Beach Location to See It All

I enjoyed my stay at this property. We usually stay in south beach, but wanted a new experience. This area of the beach is much quieter. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and a great help. I’ve already booked our next stay. The high story view is spectacular.

Great beach location, High up in secure building

The apartment was clean and spacious. Check in and check out were easy. The owners were very nice and responsive. The building provides lounge chairs at the beach and the apartment had umbrellas and other beach items to take to the beach. The beach isn't too crowded, especially during the week. The apartment was well stocked with towels, sheets, cooking equipment, etc. -- pretty much all the basics you need. We were very comfortable. The free valet parking was hassle-free. We had strong internet access. Our cell phone only worked sometimes as the apartment faces the ocean rather than the city; the phone worked fine in the lobby of the building. (We have T-Mobile. We are part-time snowbirds from Maine who have been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase another rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use. We enjoy the exploring all around South Florida and use Miami as our base.

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We enjoy being able to take a long walk down the beach and e able to stop and enjoy all the great restaurants in the 6000 Block. There's a large park and play ground a short walk down the beach that our kids enjoy meeting other kids for a little fun.
