The apartment's oversized windows allow ample natural light to penetrate, giving the room a lively appearance. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi.

Right next to the living area is an elegant dining area that comes with a rectangular dining table and can comfortably seat four people. A fancy console next to it is nothing less than a luxury. Whip up some food if you fancy cooking or make a simple cup of coffee with the appliances provided in the fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, cookware, kettle, and more!).

Walk your way to the bedrooms, and a beautiful king and two single beds on the other that are fitted with comfy mattresses, premium linens, and soft pillows will be waiting for you! Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking also available upon request.

Swimming Pool Closure:

Due to essential maintenance work, our swimming pool will be drained and closed for major repairs starting from 15th July until 19th July. This maintenance is crucial to ensure the safety and quality of the facility for all our residents and guests.

Alternative Swimming Pool Facilities:
As an alternative, we have arranged for you to use the swimming pool facilities at the Vida Emirates Hills Hotel. Residents and guests can enjoy the same benefits and amenities during this period.

Transportation Services:
To facilitate your convenience, we will provide hourly transportation from the Vida Dubai Marina to the Vida Emirates Hills Hotel and back. This service will run from 08:00 to 20:15 every day during the maintenance period. Please note that you need to make a reservation in advance for the transportation. If the service is full, you may need to wait for the next available hour.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Al Khail metro station, meanwhile, is a 19-minute walk. You can ride a train and go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etct.). This also connects to the tram station, which you can use to get to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Palm Jumeirah, Marina Mall, and others.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that there will be Fire Alarm PPM tests taking place within the facility buildings on 13th August 2024 from 12:30pm to 01:00pm.
During this process, the fire alarm will sound off and there is no cause for concern and evacuate as per the facility management.
