Mona Vale Country Estate by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful town of Waikari, just an hour's drive from Christchurch, South Island New Zealand. It is close to the vibrant towns of Amberley and Waikuku Beach. It is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from renowned Waipara Wineries, including Pegasus Bay Winery, Greystone Wines, and Black Estate.
The Mona Vale is located just 0.4km away in the heart of the main hub, where you'll find cafes, a garage, and a hotel. It's just 0.2km from the center. You can even take a short 44-minute drive to the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, known for its natural hot pools and stunning landscapes.
This lifestyle block surrounded by orchards that offer a private space and a fire pit where guests can relax under the magical, starry night sky. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is just an hour's drive away from Christchurch. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for your use.
