This is definitely a top-notch property. Beautiful place and grounds. Communication was quick. Only negative for me, may not be for others, is lots of rules and had to do a lot of thinking. Example: wanted to pack my granddaughter's birthday gift but had to wait to leave the property because the bag had a few sprinkles of glitter on it, which is a big no-no with hefty fees. Luckily it was inside of another bag. Again, not a big deal but too much thinking over right and wrong. Would I rent again? Yes. It was a relaxing place with all the amenities. I know there are rule breakers and people without common courtesy, and that is the reason. Since I am not, it felt like overload. So, still 5-stars from me. Thanks for having me.

Very clean & comfortable place. My wife & I needed a place to stay that was close to Mayo Clinic & this place was perfect. It is close to several restaurants and Whole Foods is near by. We would stay here again if we need to.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
