This area is within walking distance of beaches, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, Johns Pass Villiage Boardwalk, and more! A vehicle can be used to explore further areas but is not needed to have access to many activities. There is 1 dedicated parking space under the building. There is additional limited first come, first serve parking in front of the building on site.
There is a pay-to-park parking lot next to this property that can be found on Parkmobile zone #110105, rates are hourly and daily, up to 7 days in the pay-to-park area, rates vary. The pay-to-park rates can be significant for long-term parking and are best suited to short-term parking for daily beach access.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-Government-issued ID and signed rental agreement are required for check-in, view the Vacation Rental Agreement provided below.
-Credit Card Payment is required. The name on the card must match the individual who placed the reservation.
-No Smoking
-Maximum occupancy of 6 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00 pm - 7:00 am per city ordinance
PARKING
-Only two parking passes are permitted. Space #314 is dedicated parking under the building. 1 Additional vehicle is allowed in the first come first serve parking spaces directly in front of the building.
VEHICLES
- All vehicles must display a valid MADEIRA NORTE parking permit and are to be parked only in
designated areas, or in the visitor's lot. Vehicles will be towed if a valid Madeira Norte parking
permit is not displayed and properly filled out.
- The parking driveway is one way. All Owners, guests, and visitors must follow the signs.
"Shortcuts" to/from parking spaces against the arrows are not allowed.
- Back-in parking is not permitted.
- Car washing or vehicle repair is prohibited on condominium property.
- Any commercial type vehicle; or any recreational vehicle (including, but not limited to, campers,
motorhomes, trailers, boats, aircraft, mobile homes, limousines, motorcycles, motorbikes, mopeds, or other similar vehicles) are prohibited.
-Do not block or obstruct security cameras.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-Follow Madeira Norte's posted rules
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
-No hazardous waste, substance, or material shall be stored or permitted upon any portion of the
Community, except in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of all
applicable Public Agencies.
-Fire doors must remain closed, as required by the Fire Department.
-Common area hallways, stairwells, and passages shall not be used for storage at any time. Beach
stuff, sandals, etc. are not permitted in exterior hallways.
-No towels, clothing, or other items shall be hung on or over balconies, on fences, ties, or on
railings.
-The use or storage of gas grills and/or cylinders is prohibited anywhere on condominium property.
Cooking is not allowed on balconies.
-Birds are not to be fed from balconies or anywhere on the condominium property, including the
condominium beach.
-Dryer lint filters shall be cleaned before each use.
-No rubbish, trash, garbage, waste, or recyclable matter shall be kept or permitted upon any portion
of the Community, except in sanitary containers located in appropriate areas and concealed from
view.
-Each guest shall place all rubbish, trash, garbage, waste, and recyclable material in closed
containers approved by the applicable Public Agency. Glass items and boxes shall be placed in
the dumpster on ground level. Garbage is to be securely wrapped and placed down chutes located
behind street-side elevators. Sand urns outside elevators are not to be used for trash or garbage.
POOL/BEACH
- All posted pool regulations shall be observed.
- Anyone entering the pool must first shower using the poolside shower.
- Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area and on the beach.
- Sand must be washed off feet, floats, and chairs before leaving the beach. Swimmers shall towel
dry before entering elevators.
NOISE
- Turning up the volume of TVs, radios, etc. excessively to the detriment of another resident's
peaceful enjoyment of their unit is not permitted.
- Slamming doors is not permitted.
- No yelling from balconies or pool area is permitted.
CHILDREN
- Children 12 years of age or under, MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult when
anywhere in the building or on condominium property.
- Children are not permitted to play in common hallways, stairwells, passages, or on elevators where
they can be stuck between floors when playing with the controls.
PETS
- Renters, guests, and visitors are not permitted to have pets on condominium property.
Vacation Rental Agreement-

PARTIES. This Agreement is between BnB Pro Host and its agents (“VRM”) and (“Guest”).
GENERAL TERMS. The terms of this agreement include the terms contained in:
1. This agreement.
2. Online agreement or terms, confirmation, directions, instructions (check-in, checkout…), house rules, & similar documents.
3. Condominium or homeowners’ association rules and applications, including required approvals.
4. Options, optional agreements, and waivers.
5. Should any conflicts arise, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
PROPERTY (“THE PROPERTY”).
PAYMENTS & CHARGES. Payment & charges are in accordance with the online agreement and the terms below.
Payment. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. All other payment collected by VRM is due 60 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 60 days of the Rental Period require payment in full.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is recommended if you have any concerns about our refund policies. Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment. Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a
full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Terms and conditions apply; please read your Plan documents carefully and contact Generali Global Assistance with coverage questions.
Vacation Rental Damage Protection:
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damage that exceeds $3,000 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file. Vacation Rental Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly BnB Pro Host any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. Please contact BnB Pro Host directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.
