Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and has its own unique theme. From our Jurassic Park room to our Star Wars room, there's a theme for everyone. The home also has high-speed internet, so you can stay connected with your loved ones back home.

To make a reservation, you must be 21 or older. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted.

The Space:
This vacation home is perfect for your family, offering nine cozy bedrooms, a game room, and a private pool deck. It is located in the peaceful Paradiso Grande Resort, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy some well-deserved peace and tranquility.

Enjoy the house’s summer kitchen and grill during your stay! Please note that the BBQ grill is a gas grill. Adding charcoal can cause damage, and a fee will be charged if charcoal is used. Guests are responsible for the propane refill. Please note that pool heating comes at an additional fee. If you wish to request the pool heater, kindly do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's popular attractions. It offers modern homes and townhouses with private pools, ensuite baths, and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse provides resort-style amenities, including a pool, lazy river, game room, café, and fitness center. Paradiso Grande is being built in phases, and you can reserve a select homesite now.

*Please note, fitness center is currently not available.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

GRILL RENTAL:
There is a separate fee to rent the grill. Please request the grill rental before your arrival.
