The Space:
Nestled on the 21st floor of the esteemed Peninsula Condominium building, this corner apartment promises an experience like no other. As you step in, the breathtaking views from the two terraces will captivate you—one offering a serene sunrise and the other, a mesmerizing sunset over the sea. The apartment features two gorgeous bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, offers a mountain view and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features two comfortable double beds and its own private bathroom.
The expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen have been thoughtfully designed to foster moments of togetherness. Whether you're preparing a meal using the fully-equipped kitchen or unwinding in the living area, the apartment ensures you have everything at your fingertips—from kitchen essentials like a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster to conveniences like a washer/dryer, iron, and hairdryer.
Elevate your stay by taking advantage of the condo's amenities. The spectacular lobby is a haven for relaxation, letting you soak in the sea breeze. Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.
Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
The Neighborhood:
The location of the condo is really privileged, not only for being in front of the beach but you have access to many great places just a short walk away. In Plaza Peninsula, we have a Starbucks, in front of this is the famous La Dolce restaurant (delicious Italian food) and La Vaca Argentina restaurant (excellent meats). On the beach there are two beach clubs: Chicabal and El Oasis del Holi. Nearby is Plaza La Isla, which is the best boutique shopping in town. Only 1 block away is the renowned Artepil Spa. If you would like to visit some bars, there are some within walking distance: La Santa, District 5, and Dorothy. The marine terminal Puerto Mágico is a 10-15 minute walk. Plaza Caracol, with supermarket Soriana, is also a 10-15 min walk. To get to the center of Vallarta, you can access the same main avenue, and it is only 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by public transport.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There is parking onsite if you are arriving by car, but if not, the simplest way to move around is Uber. The condo has a beautiful but long entrance, so transportation of this type would be a simpler option, although you can walk to the entrance to take a bus to downtown which is also a convenient way to get there.
Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Please note there's ongoing construction and you're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
-In order to access the beach, you will need to obtain an access card from the reception desk. A deposit is required for the card, which will be refunded to you upon its return.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
