The Space:
Here is a bright and cozy studio with a minimalist design complimented by an eclectic interior. You'll be amazed at how the furnishing of this apartment turned out to be one-of-a kind.
As you step inside, the first thing on your right is a fully equipped modern kitchen with modular cabinets, a range-hood stove, an oven, cookware, a coffee maker, a washer, and others, where you can prepare fresh meals for you and your loved ones. Enjoy your freshly cooked meals in this compact dining space for two. It features a round table, which enhances the space-saving appeal of the space.
At the corner across the dining space is a comfy couch where you can watch your favorite movie together with your companion on the flat-screen Smart 55” TV over the classic cabinet rack. This space is complemented with a soft and fluffy carpet, floor lamp, accent stool, and corner shelves with accent decorations. Interestingly, the bed space features an upholstered queen-sized bed fitted with top-quality linens, a comfortable mattress, and pillows. A side table with a lamp and wall-decorative, floor-to-ceiling windows completes the space.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower packed with soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!
Step out and hang out on the balcony to enjoy the fresh air while relaxing on the city views while sipping your favorite beverage.

Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. Right below the building is the Marasi development, 2 kilometers of waterfront promenade. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Bus F41 goes to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes if you have your own car.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, *100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
