Kaarakin Beach House is a modern, newly built home and provides everything a person could want for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Enjoy the ocean views on the back deck or escape the elements and dine in the downstairs alfresco area. When you are up for an adventure there is plenty on offer. Surf or swim at Rules Beach, fish in Baffle Creek or off the beach, visit Wreck Rock National Park or go for a drive along the beach which is 4WD accessible. Turtles nest along Rules Beach November through to March.
Get away from the noise and simply relax. Rules Beach is truly an amazing place to come and escape the rest of the world. The house is spacious and offers all the modern cons of a newly built, high end, beach home.
This property has two levels. There is no internal staircase and to access the upper level is via the back stairs. This design option is perfect to all be together but still provides a bit of separation when down time is needed.
The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, multi-function oven (with air fry) and full dishwasher. The appliances provided include an electric frypan, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, L'Or coffee pod machine, milk frother, toaster and kettle. The 637 litre fridge/freezer has plumbed in water and automatic ice-dispenser.
All beds have linen provided which are fitted with waterproof mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

Bedroom 3 (Kids room) - Bunk bed which is a single, over double bed with a pullout double trundle.

Bedroom 3 (Kids room) - Bunk bed which is a single, over double bed with a pullout double trundle.
Bath and beach towels are provided.
The main bathroom downstairs has a 1.5m freestanding bathtub and separate shower. The main ensuite has shower with shower bench seat built-in.
The two bathrooms upstairs have both walk-in showers.
The laundry has an 8kg washing machine and an 8kg clothes dryer.
The home has Starlink connected. In both levels of the home there is a 65" Smart TV in the lounge rooms and a 55" TV in the main bedrooms.
The U-Shaped entertaining area is perfect to escape the elements and provides a full size Webber Family BBQ with pizza stone.
The house provides reverse cycle air-conditioning in all the bedrooms for your comfort as well as ceiling fans. The upstairs main living area is air-conditioned.
Enjoy some games on the lawn including Badmington, Corn hole and Botchie.
After a swim or walk on the beach you can wash off in the outdoor shower (bore water). Potable water is provided by the rain water tanks.
A general waste bin and recycle bin are provided. Rubbish collection day is a Wednesday.
Additional extra:
The upstairs kitchen does have a built-in keg. The fridge can accommodate 1 x 50L commercial keg, 2 x 20L kegs or 3 x 15L kegs. We would have the keg/s delivered and connected ready for use. Depending on the selection, additional fees would be applied to the booking for this service.
Guest access
The entire house is available except for the two sheds which will remain locked. There will be a few cupboards and a storage room which will remain locked and secure.
Other things to note
A few days out I will provide the pin # to the padlock to unlock the key safe
