This luxury home requires a miimum 30 days, but you'll want to stay that long or logner anyway! Everyone does.

RIDGEVIEW RISE

Whether you're an adventurer, a wine connoisseur, a ski enthusiast or water nymph, in the Chelan area, you'll find the exact activity to suit your dreams. In fact, there's so much to do year-round, you may be hard pressed to fit in all the fun you'll find!

And here's a home perfectly suited as a base of operations for all those activities. Four bedrooms with queen-sized beds provide cozy sleeping quarters for up to eight. With two bathrooms, there's minimal waiting for showers or baths. One bath features a separate bathtub and shower, great for warming up after a day on slopes. Plush linens & towels are provided, too.

A kitchen with a full complement of appliances, pots, pans, and dinnerware makes it easy for the chef in your group to whip up meals for all. If you prefer to dine out, the city of Chelan is just 10 miles down the road and features a variety of excellent eateries, including pizza, Mexican, bistro-style and more.

Outside, a wrap-around deck includes a propane barbecue and outdoor dining furniture, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal in the cool mountain air. On a still night from the hot tub, you can enjoy the stars reflecting off the lake.

Hidden away in a corner of the house, behind a heavy wooden door, is a small wine cellar, complete with its own table and two chairs, just perfect for sharing a glass of your favorite vintage with someone most special.

You can practice your swing on the highly rated Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course. Want to really channel your inner woodsman? Some of the best hiking in the world can be found around Stehekin on the northern shores, only accessible by ferry.

Don't worry if you should come during the colder months. There's also a host of winter activities to partake in from skiing to snowmobiling.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.
