Large balcony with an excellent view

The place wasn’t clean- we had to clean the kitchen bench tops and the fridge before we used it. Bedside tables had dirt and sand on them. Biggest drawcard is the large balcony with amazing views! Eating dinner on the balcony while watching the sunset was beautiful

Wonderful view !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time In SWR. The house is in a quieter part of SWR , over near the river set up above with amazing views from the very large well furnished deck .It is the top level of the house ( as the write up mentions ) with the ground level occupied by a nice chap . These levels are connected by internal stairs but a locked door at the bottom and a child gate at the top to seperate them so there is no sharing of space however , you can hear his TV noise coming up through this stair well at times . The accomodation is nicely furnished all new and clean . Very comfortable beds .Second bed room which is the garage converted had a double and twin beds ( only expected the twin beds ) not a problem . Kitchen very well equipped .The fans all around were very welcome on hot evenings .Bed side lights would be welcome as would a bin in the bathroom .Thx for a great stay !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the first evening there were unusual noises and it seemed at times there was someone in the building somewhere, On the second evening (we were out all day) we discovered someone was in fact in the downstars portion of the house which explained the spooky sounds we'd heard. we rented a house because we wanted privacy and relaxation, we did not feel relaxed and did not sleep well, If I had known this was a shrared property I wouldn't have booked as I sought out a property where we'd be private. Other than that the house was nice, the view nice, the condition good and the amenities great.
