This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.



Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

Best Family Gathering Ever
10 of us from Arkansas went to St. Louis for my auntie's 90th birthday. The visit was epic. The duplex was great. We loved that we could get together on one side while and catch up with one another while those who wanted to sleep could go to the other side. It felt likevhome!

Weekend Family Reunion - 9 adults
This property was the perfect accommodation for my family of 9 adults. The communications with the owner/management company was always quick & responsive. The listing is very modern and clean. Our first night we walked to a great dinning establishment, "Little Fox". We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and the neighbors were polite. Driving from this location to our other events was easy! Parking on the street was not an issue. My brother had bag chairs in his truck to allow us to sit outside and visit. I would recommend to future guests to do the same if you can. It's lovely in the back yard. We would definitely stay at this location again.
