The Space:
An incredibly stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Playa, Zazil-ha, just 2 blocks from the beach and steps to the famous 5th Avenue!
The main spaces of the apartment:
- Luminous open space with lots of windows and natural light, a cozy L-shaped sofa, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home.
- Direct access from the living room to a private terrace overlooking the street.
- A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home and a cute 4-seater dining bar for a comfortable place to enjoy your meals. You can also use this spot as a comfy laptop workspace.
- 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two double beds. There’s also a double pullout sofa bed for flexible sleep space.
- 2 modern bathrooms with spacious stand-in showers and rainfall showerheads.
- A/C, a safe box for your valuables, and ample storage space for your things.
Guests also have access to the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar lounge at the building, which features tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wet bar and bar area, and spectacular ocean views.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54 km or 33.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in The Shore. There’s an underground parking lot with free parking at the complex if you’re arriving by car. The complex is very centrally-located you really don't even need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
Remember to pack or bring your bath essentials with you, like soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any cleaning supplies you may need, like garbage bags or paper towels. This stay differs from hotel service. Here, these items are the guest's responsibility. Thank you in advance.
Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure).
It is strictly prohibited to hang any clothing or towels on the balcony. Violation of this rule can lead to fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Note that these fines may apply even if you are not present at the time when the report is made.
Daily housekeeping is not available however, if you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
Please note that the electric curtains are currently out of service until further notice.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the pool hours and pool rules at the condominium complex.
- During bar hours (12 pm to 8 pm), no drinks or food are allowed in the pool area.
Interaction with Guests:
Go to reception when you arrive to get checked in and registered. At the apartment, you’ll use the code we will provide for you to retrieve the keys from the lockbox.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
