The Space:
This family friendly, 1-bedroom, ground-floor condo is ideal for a couple, a small family, or a group of 4 friends. With 100 sqm of space and great amenities, you and your group will love staying at the Royal Pacific! The complex offers a refreshing communal pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery, dining tables and sun beds, tennis courts, a convenient location, 24-hour surveillance, and onsite parking. You’ll be a short drive from shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, golf, and other fun activities!

The sitting area has been outfitted with comfortable sofa seating, a 42" HDTV with standard cable, and doors that give access to the patio, just steps from the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, and there are indoor and outdoor dining tables to enjoy meals at home.

To accommodate 4 guests, the bedroom has a king bed, plus there’s a trundle bunk bed with 2 single beds and 1 full bathroom. You’ll find a laptop-friendly workspace in the bedroom, and you’ll have reliable WiFi in case you need to work, check emails, or stream something to watch.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo.

The Neighborhood:
At the Royal Pacific complex in Puerto Vallarta, you’ll be in one of the most exclusive areas where you can appreciate the beautiful Marina Vallarta with its pleasant view of yachts and sailboats, surrounded by good restaurants, shops and pharmacies. Plus, you’ll be within minutes of the beach and airport.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 1.9 km or 1.2 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to climb stairs.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
