A minimalist center table, console, aesthetic pin lights, and soft carpet complete this space. Natural lighting from the oversized glass windows elevates the look and feel of the area, casting a relaxed vibe.

Cook meals with modern appliances in the kitchen. Whether you simply want coffee in the morning or prepare a grand meal, everything you need is there in the fully functional kitchen for you. Feast with your loved ones in the dining area, which comes with a round table and leatherette dining chairs that can comfortably seat up to four guests.

On the other side of the spectrum is the spacious bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed fitted with a high-quality mattress, fresh and crisp linens, and soft pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep for you and your loved ones. Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 2 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from bus E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The DMCC metro station is only a 4-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
