The Space:
This bright and immaculate apartment will not only astound you in pictures but even in person! The apartment is made brighter and more attractive by the large glass windows that extend to the ceiling, while the exquisite furnishings imitate the lifestyle of the affluent. 

As you step into the living space, the lovely leatherette sofa set and soft carpet make you feel right at home here, equipped with a 55" flat-scree TV for cozy nights in. The tranquil setting is completed with a chic coffee table, stylish ceiling lights, and distinctive décor.

The dining area is nothing but a perfect spot for your family bond, as it comes with a rectangular dining table paired with classic white-sleek wooden chairs that can comfortably seat up to six people. It is the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The space is made cozy and attractive by oversized windows overlooking the sea views that this unit has to offer. The head-turner classic console with mirror across will make you feel homier.

The spacious open kitchen with modern furnishings is packed with the essential modern appliances and cookware you would need to prepare delectable meals for you and your loved ones. Not to mention the additional counter that could turn into your dining space or a quick bite snack.

All of the bedrooms are furnished to suit your standards. The two bedrooms have a cozy king-sized bed. To ensure that you have a restful night's sleep, each bed is fitted with a comfortable mattress, top-notch hotel linens, and pillows. The key highlight of the bedrooms is the spacious layout, with which you'll surely feel comfortable. The master's bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen 50" TV that will surely keep you entertained. The other bedroom includes a comfy workspace that is perfect for running errands. To further accentuate the opulence of the space, the bedrooms are also outfitted with side lamps and side tables, plush carpet, and an in-built wardrobe.

The en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest's toilet/powder room are packed with fluffy towels and bath basics like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a really 5-star experience with both bathtubs.

Step out onto the apartment's spacious balcony to take in the fresh air while mesmerizing the iconic infrastructure and sea views equipped with an outdoor dining set for your total comfort and outstanding outdoor dining experience.

Guest Access:
The keys & cards will be left inside the apartment and the door will be unlocked. Please let yourself in!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a waterbus, tram, or train, those options are nearby so you can choose which one.

The Marina Terrace Waterbus Station is about two minutes away. Routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The Dubai Marina tram station is a few minutes away. You can get on it if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and others. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.
