The SITTING AREA features comfortable sofa seating that faces a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a relaxing spot to unwind at the end of a fun day! The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY, where you can enjoy a meal in the fresh air.

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick clean-up.

The INDOOR DINING TABLE with super comfortable chairs for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, lounge chairs, and a pool bar.

The Neighborhood:
El Tigre offers a lot to see and do! Stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, the Buonissimo ice cream shop, and more. You’ll be just about a mile (1.6 km) to the public beach access, and the community offers amenities like Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that certain areas of the complex have restrictions, and the use of El Tigre Golf Course, Sports, and Beach Club comes with a fee.

Getting Around:
The property is approx 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
Please note, the pool will be closed from May 28th to May 31st for hydraulic upgrades as approved at this year's Assembly. Working hours are 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.

- There is an extra charge to use the sports and the beach club on site. Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- Golf carts and bicycles can be rented for an extra fee (subject to availability).
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm. Late check-ins from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for 500 MXN. Please send us your ETA and IDs (mandatory) at least a week before the check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
- The resort requires identification for all guests staying in the condo at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number on the reservation, or there is a fee.
- Depending on the booking site used to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in. It is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. A mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $200 USD fine and you'll be removed from the premises.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Please do not hang towels over the balcony.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents involving guests or companions inside the condo premises or the complex.
* Any issues in complying with these stated rules will be grounds for a direct cancellation of the booking without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
